All China Leather Exhibition (ACLE), the first and only international leather exhibition in China, will be held for the 24th time in Shanghai on September 3-5, 2024.
ACLE is recognized as the premier event for international companies seeking opportunities in the huge markets of China, the focal point of the global leather industry. Since its inception in 1998, ACLE has welcomed and continues to welcome hundreds of thousands of professional buyers from the main tannery and leather goods/shoe manufacturing provinces of Mainland China.
The 24th edition of the “All China Leather Expo (ACLE),” will be held from September 3-5, 2024 at the New International Expo Center (SNIEC) in Shanghai.
After a four-year hiatus due to the pandemic, the fair returned to Shanghai last August with excellent results. In total, ACLE brought together the offerings of more than a thousand exhibitors and attracted 28,300 visitors, 24,000 of whom were from manufacturing regions in China. The organizers are expecting a similar number of exhibitors for this year, but the most conservative forecasts predict that the number of visitors will exceed 20,000 professionals.
According to the fair’s press release, “As a result of the crisis in Europe, demand for raw materials and semi-finished leather will be mainly focused on China, and this is the main reason why ACLE remains a very important event for the leather industry.” leather industry in September this year. Eight SNIEC pavilions are expected to cover 92,000 square meters of space at this edition of the fair.
The three-day trade fair is complemented by a series of events of a topical, commercial and educational nature. These included conferences and seminars on topics such as Spring/Summer 2025 Leather Trends, the International Tanning Industry Executive Summit and the changing landscape of the leather industry.
